Cannes rooftops sit at the heart of the French Riviera, in a climate that frames every project: hot dry summers, mild winters, intense UV, salt-laden sea air and the occasional mistral that sweeps in from the Rhône. La Croisette carries strict ABF heritage consent; Super Cannes and La Californie offer hillside villas with deep Mediterranean tradition.
We work in this tension daily: with French architects, structural engineers and ABF consultants, and with the lifestyle expectations of Riviera clients between Cannes penthouses, Mougins villas and Saint-Tropez weekend estates. Our role is the plant and outdoor lifestyle layer – ecological substrate, classic Mediterranean curation, and the wellness elements (pool deck, outdoor kitchen, spa) that turn a Cannes rooftop into a year-round sanctuary above the sea.

Site visit (or detailed remote survey for first conversations from Berlin), discussion of the people and rhythm using the terrace, early constraint mapping (sun path, salt exposure, mistral, ABF).

Concept and curation
A small set of plant compositions, material moodboards, wellness element placement. Always optionality.
- 03
Engineering and consent
Load calculations with structural engineer, ABF consultation in protected zones, coordination with the building's architect and interior designer.

Installation and handover
Our team installs on site over one to several weeks. Plants are sourced from Riviera and Italian nurseries and pre-conditioned for the climate. After handover we offer ongoing care subscriptions following the same symbiosis methodology.
