How Berlin rooftop terrace projects sort in
We group projects into four tiers. The boundaries are fluid. Most of the Berlin penthouse rooftops we look after fall into tier 2 and 3.
Tier 1
Curated Planting Composition
35,000 – 80,000 €
Curated planting composition with symbiosis methodology (mycorrhiza, EM, humus build-up), substrate structure, planters and pots, simple privacy solution. Typical for 30 to 60 square metres.
Tier 2
Planting + Wellness Element
80,000 – 180,000 €
Tier 1 plus one central wellness element (whirlpool, sauna barrel or modular outdoor kitchen), static preparation, pergola or privacy construction. Typical for 50 to 120 square metres.
Tier 3
Full Wellness Composition
180,000 – 350,000 €
Tier 2 plus extended wellness composition, fully built pergola, static reinforcement and permit workflow. Typical for 80 to 200 square metre penthouse terraces.
Tier 4
Bespoke Estate Project
350,000 – 800,000 €
Fully built outdoor kitchen, dedicated sauna house, pool or premium whirlpool, pergola with heatable lounge, mature specimen trees. Grunewald villas, Wannsee locations, selected Mitte penthouses.

- Do I get a fixed price?
- Fixed prices only after detailed on-site assessment and approved concept. The initial conversations and the concept proposal are free of charge. For bespoke projects we work with transparent line items rather than flat rates.
- When is the first appointment?
- In Berlin within a few days. We are a Berlin-based manufactory with no travel time in our home market. International by arrangement.
- Are the investments tax deductible?
- Office greening is generally fully tax deductible as a business expense. For rental properties parts can be claimed as household-related services. Different rules apply to owned property. Detail page on the tax aspect .
- What payment options are available?
- Standard is invoice with bank transfer in euros. On request we also accept Bitcoin and selected cryptocurrencies. For larger projects we work with staged invoicing based on project phases.
